Job Title: Quality Assurance/Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and assisting on quality management matters
  • Performing internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards, and contract requirements
  • Managing the Document Control system
  • Reviewing processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according to contract requirements
  • Conducting assessments and reviews on sub-contractors' performance
  • Identifying areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
  • Preparing monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by the team and subcontractors
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a Diploma in any field
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
  • Experience in IFM-related fields or fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
  • Leading by example, displaying honesty
  • Effective communicator with the ability to problem-solve
  • A self-independent team player with a growth mindset
