Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and will work closely with our Process and Engineering teams to uphold high standards.

The role of Quality Assurance Expert is pivotal in maintaining product quality and compliance with internal and external standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Process and Engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conducting audits and inspections to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions
  • Maintaining quality plans and documentation in line with ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and incoming material inspections
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and driving continuous learning

Requirements for the role include:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment
  • Knowledge of SQA and audit processes, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing audits
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA standards
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards

Preferred skills include:

  • IPC or Six Sigma certification
  • Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other quality/statistical tools
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
