Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of our current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and enhancement.
  • Design innovative solutions that address organizational challenges, improve compliance, and enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and lead the execution of transformation roadmaps that align technology and process enhancements with evolving business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and successful delivery within time constraints.
  • Utilize data and digital tools to design scalable solutions, embed process improvements, and maintain strong governance and risk compliance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or IT
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years leading initiatives in project delivery, organizational change, and enterprise systems oversight
  • Deep functional knowledge of finance and procurement systems and processes
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Ariba preferred
  • Skilled in analyzing and redesigning processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate complexity
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
