Job Title: Strategic IT Transformation Leader

About the Role:

">
  • The ideal candidate will drive the growth of our IT Strategy and Transformation business in the region, responsible for creating, selling, and delivering innovative technology-enabled solutions.
  • You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, working closely with them to shape major IT transformation programmes and identify business opportunities ahead of the curve.
  • Responsibilities include developing proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands, providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics, and overseeing IT assessments and recommending strategies.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivation, and ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands.
  • Provide oversight and direct project teams in research efforts and analytics.
  • Oversee IT assessments and recommend strategies.
  • Leverage technical abilities to influence and shape key decisions and/or thought processes of the clients.
  • Manage project teams and be accountable for all work products developed by the project teams.

Requirements:

">
  • A good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience working in IT Implementation/IT consulting in FSI Industry.
  • Experience in advisory and implementation in areas such as IT strategy development, IT governance, IT operating model, enterprise architecture, IT sourcing advisory, program and project management advisory, IT service management, and IT shared service management.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivation, and ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure, and tight project timelines.
