Overview
Internal Recruitment Consultant at Anson McCade. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore. Anson McCade is a specialist executive search and consultancy firm operating internationally, focusing on Technology and Capital Markets. This position is for our Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team in Singapore to help expand our recruitment presence in Singapore and specific areas within the Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector. Our client base is deep, exclusive, and many have partnered with us for at least a decade.
The Recruitment Consultant role is dynamic, collaborative, and offers significant career growth potential.
Responsibilities
Networking and building relationships with key individual talent.
Managing candidates throughout the entire process – from initial approach and headhunt to interview scheduling, preparation, and closing.
Developing and demonstrating strong market knowledge – staying informed about key industry developments and growth areas.
Facilitating discussions between clients and candidates.
Collaborating closely with colleagues as part of a highly integrated team.
Updating the database and handling candidate administration.
Market mapping and identifying talent pools.
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Capital Markets (Quant Finance) recruitment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Resilient, hard-working, and dependable.
A self-starter with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Prior experience working in a recruitment agency, consultancy, or executive search environment.
