About The Position
We are seeking a talented and proactive
Business Analyst (BA)
to join our team in Singapore to support a strategic customer project in the
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
industry. The project involves building a modern data platform leveraging
Databricks
and
Dataiku , with a multidisciplinary team that includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, a Solution Architect, and a Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary on site liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team.
Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to data products and analytics use cases.
Translate business needs into clear and structured functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and support implementation of solutions.
Identify additional business opportunities and areas for data-driven innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects, preferably in the CPG sector.
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and analytics tools – familiarity with
Databricks
and/or
Dataiku
is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive progress in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with data product lifecycle and data governance.
Background or education in business, data analytics, or information systems.
Must be based in Singapore
and available for on-site or hybrid work with the client.
