Electrical Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Maintenance Specialist to take up a challenging role in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services, including training end-users, performing preventive maintenance, planning equipment upgrades, troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining accurate records, identifying critical spare parts, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end-users.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on production department machinery.
  • Develop and implement plans for facilities upgrades and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work.
  • Purchase essential spare parts for preventive maintenance.
  • Identify potential causes of equipment failure and arrange for proactive repair and replacement to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with in-house safety rules and procedures by all vendors.
  • Supervise contractors performing maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in building facilities in the manufacturing sector is an asset.
