Job Overview
As a QA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include supporting inspections with CMM and i-Vision to guarantee accurate results. Additionally, you will conduct fixture inspections to verify acceptable usage. Furthermore, you will collaborate on CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issues. Moreover, you will generate internal and supplier quality performance reports, lead MRB reviews, and participate in supplier evaluations and qualifications. Your duties will also encompass supporting audits, managing internal calibration processes, and overseeing quality activities and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections using CMM and i-Vision
- Perform fixture inspections to ensure acceptable usage
- Collaborate on CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for internal and external quality issues
- Generate internal and supplier quality performance reports
- Lead MRB reviews and participate in supplier evaluations and qualifications
- Support audits and manage internal calibration processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
