Role Summary: As a Card Product Manager , you will be responsible for the development and management of Binance's crypto card products across multiple markets . You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical, legal, compliance, risk, finance, and business development—to build and enhance a world-class card offering for Binance users. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage card products in multiple international markets. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto card services—from conceptualization to market launch and beyond. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance) to ensure alignment and product success. Design product features and user flows using wireframes, prototyping tools, and storytelling techniques. Drive positive PnL for the card portfolio and grow user adoption across active platform users. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to ensure Binance cards remain competitive and innovative. Leverage data analytics to track product performance, derive insights, and optimize product functionality. Prioritize features and scope MVPs effectively using structured product management frameworks. Understand and integrate card industry operations such as settlement, reconciliation, and chargebacks into the product. Ensure products are built in compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks related to card issuance. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience in card issuing , ideally across multiple markets. Proven ability to manage product lifecycle, portfolios, and launch initiatives that achieve strong market penetration and profitability. Strong prototyping and user experience design skills —familiarity with wireframing and sequence diagrams. Extensive experience with data analysis , product dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of card industry processes including settlement, reconciliation, and chargebacks. Solid grasp of compliance and risk management within the card or payments space. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
