This role involves creating a playful and innovative 30‐second motion‐graphics explainer video for a digital learning platform targeting tweens. The project centers on developing a short animated teaser that introduces an early‐stage startup focused on empowering the next generation of creators through visual intelligence, play, and intuitive design thinking. The video should creatively illustrate a design equation where colour, line, shape, and texture interact and transform, revealing new creative possibilities. The work is fully remote, and you will collaborate with a client based in Sydney, Australia. The timeline is flexible, as the project is currently in the planning and research phase. Responsibilities Develop a 30‐second motion graphics explainer video tailored for a tween audience Conceptualize and animate a design equation featuring colour, line, shape, and texture Collaborate remotely with the client to refine creative direction and feedback Ensure the final video is engaging, playful, and aligns with the platform's mission of fostering creativity and design thinking Deliver high‐quality animation files suitable for digital platforms Skills And Requirements Proven experience in motion graphics and animation, ideally with explainer or educational content Strong proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and other relevant animation software Creative storytelling skills with a playful and innovative approach to visual design Ability to translate abstract concepts (e.g., design elements interacting) into engaging visuals Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration Experience working with youth‐focused or educational brands is a plus Flexible availability to accommodate a planning and research‐driven timeline Based anywhere; remote work is required About Twine: Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
