Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to drive productivity, quality control, innovation, and people capability. The ideal candidate will oversee key banking operations and enhance service delivery across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily upkeep of static data within core trade platforms;
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations while compiling monthly performance reports;
  • Support IMEX text development for changes and projects; review and update SOPs annually or as needed;
  • Collaborate with regional teams to draft and review user stories for system enhancements that streamline System Administration processes;
  • Assist in project rollout activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and live verification, with a focus on System Administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations or relevant experience, preferably with knowledge on trade systems;
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively partner with peers and regional teams;
  • Proficiency in handling defect tracking systems and managing change requests;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Desired Skill-set

  • Knowledge of Operational Risk;
  • Exposure within banking Industry is Plus.
