Overview
We are seeking friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk support, ensuring a welcoming & efficient experience for our clients and staff. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet clients & visitors with a warm & professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage and coordinate appointments, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records.
Process client payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries in accordance with company policies.
Facility management: ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable, and handle any maintenance or supply needs.
Assist fellow outlet colleagues with scheduling, client information, and other administrative support as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Candidate may be required to work on weekends and retail hours, 6 days off per month
Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role is preferred, ideally in a wellness or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with scheduling or management software is desirable.
A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
