Civil Engineering Solutions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Civil Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new civil engineering products and solutions to clients, providing technical support, and resolving technical issues on-site or remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in Civil Engineering to showcase their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners) to introduce and promote new civil engineering products and solutions.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and hands-on guidance to ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to product application, installation, or performance.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license (class 2/2A/2B/3/3A) and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
