Civil Engineering Solutions Specialist

Job Title: Civil Engineering Solutions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive specialist to introduce new civil engineering products and solutions, provide technical support, and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in civil engineering to showcase their skills and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners) to introduce and promote new civil engineering products and solutions.
  • Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and hands-on guidance to ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to product application, installation, or performance.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
