Our company seeks an exceptional individual to fill a high-level position in our team. As Senior Vice President/Vice President , you will play a key role in the origination, business development, and execution of capital markets transactions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement, and M&A in Asia Pacific and/or management consulting. A demonstrated track record of successful transactions for HKEX IPOs as a principal officer/deal execution/private equity funds and/or direct equity investments is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the origination, business development, and execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity or debt offerings.
  • Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients and investors.
  • Participate in the end-to-end execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on equity offerings.
  • Develop and analyze detailed financial models to support equity and debt financings.
  • Undertake valuation, compile research materials, and perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis on markets, companies, and industries.
  • Actively lead in the development of relationships with other financial partners in the region.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement, and M&A in Asia Pacific and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful transactions for HKEX IPOs as a principal officer/deal execution/private equity funds and/or direct equity investments.
  • Possess strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess strong communication, networking, and project management skills.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter and a collaborative team member.
