It’s time to ask yourself: What kind of people do you want to be around with?Your Role We’re looking for a Creative Lead (Video) to join our in-house creative team — a storyteller, maker, and collaborator who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual narratives. As a Video Lead, you’ll drive creative video projects from concept to completion. You’ll take ownership of key campaigns, leading the process from ideation to shooting and editing, while ensuring consistency and quality across every output. You’ll be both a hands‐on creative and a team leader, guiding junior creatives and collaborating across departments to deliver impactful content for a diverse range of government and commercial clients with varying publishing cadences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of craft and leadership — confident in the creative process, strategic in execution, and passionate about storytelling that moves people. Responsibilities Lead and oversee storytelling‐driven video projects across digital, social, and broadcast platforms, ensuring creative excellence from concept to delivery.
