Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Packaging Position Title: QA Executive cum QMR Working Location: Jurong West Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm Salary Package: Up to $3300 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee daily QA department operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and maintain quality control and assurance programs. Conduct site inspections, investigate customer complaints, and follow up as needed. Propose initiatives to enhance quality culture. Document audits, collect and analyze quality data, and prepare reports. Plan and prioritize testing and QA tasks. Maintain and update ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Coordinate with external bodies on quality matters. Identify training needs and organize training sessions. Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors. Qualifications Minimum qualification Diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years’ QA experience, preferably in manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and internal audits. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
