Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company is looking for a QA and Operation Manager to lead a team to provide effective and timely services and to manage all existing scheduled projects and job assignments.
You will be reporting to the GM of the Engineering Department.
【What you will be working on】
- Management and operation of the warehouse and workshop.
- Business adjustment, schedule management, parts storage management, product warranty, workplace organization, tools, and equipment management.
- Business negotiations with outsourcers, acceptance of ordered products, support, and management of inspections.
- Business coordination with related departments such as Sales, Logistics, and accounts.
- Provide consultations and offer workable solutions to help solve customer concerns.
- Negotiate with customers if defects occur, investigate defective products, and prepare reports.
- Ensure quality by completing all final inspections and repair reports.
- ISO9001 management/operation/internal and external audit support.
- Business improvement activities.
- ** Requirement**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of managerial experience in Workshop & Warehouse.
- Good knowledge of control valves, control, and instrumentation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Warehouse management systems, such as ERP and SAP.
- Knowledge of ISO9001-2015.
- Quality Management Representative (QMR) skill is preferred.
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
