Job Overview

This senior role will be responsible for overseeing communication between corporate management and investors.

  • ">
  • Develop and execute investor relations programs to facilitate communication with the investment community. ">
  • Support the development of documentation and communication processes, including preparation of annual reports, drafting announcements, press releases, and media reports. ">
  • Organise and participate in meetings with the investment community, such as analysts' meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows. ">
  • Handle media relations and other activities, including Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. ">
  • Conduct research and analysis on REITs, real estate industry trends, economic environments, and funds flow. ">
  • To stay up-to-date on industry developments, investment trends, and company-specific information. ">
  • Manage the production of the REIT's annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements and GRESB submission guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Communications. ">
  • Preferably with at least 10 years of relevant experience. ">
  • Excellent writing skills. ">
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and exposure to equity capital markets or a strong grasp of finance will be an advantage. ">
  • Proactive, customer-focused, team player, and independent in working in a fast-paced environment. ">
  • Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
