Strategic Investor Relations Specialist

Seeking a seasoned Strategic Investor Relations expert to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, venture capitalists, and private equity firms.
Your key tasks will include identifying and securing strategic investment opportunities, managing investor relationships, and facilitating fundraising efforts. You will represent the company at industry events and financial conferences, highlighting our potential for growth and investment.
To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent negotiation skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to craft compelling investment pitches and presentations. Collaboration with finance, legal, and executive teams will also be crucial in ensuring due diligence and accurate reporting throughout the investment process.
A strong grasp of financials, projects, and ROI models will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, tracking and reporting key performance indicators related to fundraising and investor engagement will be vital in measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
