This position requires strong financial and strategic capabilities as well as excellent storytelling and communication skills to articulate the company's vision to global investors, regulators, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the company's U.S. IPO preparation and execution process.
  • Develop strategies for fundraising and work with global investors, venture capital, and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and successful listing.
  • Craft and deliver compelling corporate narratives and investor presentations.
  • Conduct roadshows and represent the company in global financial hubs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and strategic partners.
  • Define and refine corporate strategy aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of investment banking or corporate finance experience, ideally with a top-tier U.S. investment bank.
  • Direct experience in leading or advising on U.S. IPO transactions.
  • Strong track record in fundraising, investor relations, and corporate storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage both institutional investors and regulators.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin a plus for cross-border investor engagement.
  • Based in Singapore, with flexibility to travel internationally.
