I am currently partnered with an industry leading US-MNC in the Semiconductor/High-tech electronics sector . As they are in business expansion phase they are now looking to hire a global strategic professional to manage high-value capital expenditures/equipment for the organization. This is a newly created role in charge to analyze, design, implement, and to drive the category strategy across the globe. Your responsibilities will include spend analysis, market research, SWOT assessments, internal stakeholder alignment, supplier management cycle (sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and development), contract management, risk assessments, KPI (quality, deliver, service, cost) management and continuous improvement in order to deliver cost saving/avoidance targets and high-impact value. Role Details Full-time, permanent, newly created role Reporting to Global Procurement Director (based in Singapore)5-days in office practice (Central/East side Singapore)Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering field would be an advantage . Other relevant fields will also be considered 8+ years of Global Strategic Procurement experience 3+ years of experience managing Capex/Equipment categories (SMT, Automation, Testing, Assembly)Strong drive and passion for delivering business value through strategic procurement practices Affinity and ability to execute procurement data-driven strategies Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to influence and drive change/transformation Ability for business travel ~25%Remuneration 9,000 SGD to 13,000 SGD base per month + AWS + Performance Bonus Beyond remuneration You will be working with a nurturing manager along side senior leaders in the business c-suite/VP to drive their long-term business growth, which represents opportunities to accelerate your career to the next level based on your merits #J-18808-Ljbffr
