Operations Technician
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the operation of HAUVs (Hydro-Acoustic Underwater Vehicles) for inspection of customers' underwater infrastructure. As an Operations Technician, you will play a key role in improving robotic intelligence and reducing reliance on manual pilot skill dependent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HAUVs for inspection of customers' underwater infrastructure.
- Develop and contribute to the concept of operations for Autonomous Operations.
- Prepare field equipment pre and post deployments.
- Assist Engineering with investigating and resolving on-site and off-site issues and tickets.
- Assist with Logistics, such as updating administrative documents and collection/delivery of parts.
- Uphold and promote safety and quality guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Meticulous and hardworking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work comfortably in operational sites(nearshore and offshore), sea trials, and in the office.
- Comfortable with travelling as part of the work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Job:
The Operations Technician will report directly to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HAUVs and their applications, as well as excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
