Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Enablement Develop and implement group-level business intelligence (BI) and data insights strategies, establish a data-driven decision-making system, and drive business growth and operational efficiency improvement. Data Governance & Compliance Establish enterprise-level data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with China's Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). Business Insights & Decision Support Generate high-value insight reports through in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitor data to support executive-level strategic decision-making. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above Technical Expertise Proficient in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Superset), SQL/Python/R, familiar with big data ecosystems (Hive/Spark/Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud). Industry Experience Hands-on experience in data-driven insights within automotive, smart hardware, or advanced manufacturing sectors, with familiarity in scenarios like connected vehicles, user profiling, and supply chain optimization.
