5 day work week - 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Salary: $2500 - $4000, Location: Bukit Batok
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide quotations for customers and advise on the best insurance products.
Follow up with customers on payment collection.
Engage with existing customers for policy renewal.
Provide advisory support for insurance-related inquiries.
Coordinate with customers and insurance companies for payment of excess related to own damage claims and repair costs for third-party claims.
Liaise with workshops and insurance partners to provide accurate information and ensure prompt vehicle repairs.
Administer documentation for costs, claims, issuance of cover notes, insurance certificates, and invoicing to customers.
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed daily records and reporting.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Possession of Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), and Personal General Insurance (PGI) Certificates is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Meticulous with a flair for detail, able to multi-task, and highly committed.
