Manage multiple project deliverables concurrently, ensuring alignment and consistency. Collaborate with business, technology, security, operations and compliance teams to drive solution design. Identify & Design User roles and User Access Matrix (UAM) Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution. Provide SIT, UAT, regression testing and rehearsal testing support, to ensure successful implementation of solution Drive and document Disaster Recovery (DR) Scenarios and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) Manage the the Demand List and engage vendor on release planning. Develop new products jointly with other application/project teams Contribute towards the end-to-end solutioning for these new products To share expertise by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with Senior roles as a Business Analyst in the banking industry. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with strong delivery focus.
