Singapore EIGEN ENERGY PTE LTD Full time

Eigen Energy is a systems integrator for solar energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, with technical competencies in engineering and construction, energy management, software engineering and cross platform integration.
The Business Development Executive will focus on growing Eigen Energy's presence in Singapore. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team on lead generation and after-sales service.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential solar market
Assisting in managing both inbound and outbound sales pipeline.
Engaging with homeowners and building strong relationships to understand their energy needs and requirements
Developing and presenting customised solar energy solutions that address the unique needs of each client
Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Collaborating with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential leads and opportunities
Providing regular performance updates and contributing to the overall sales strategy
Requirements:
Diploma (or higher) in Business, Engineering or Renewable Energy
Working experience in solar preferred but others are still welcomed to apply (training will be provided)
Willingness to learn and good work ethic
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and resolution skills
Positive energy and enjoys collaborating as a team
Experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and AutoCAD
Skills:
Sales, leadership, power engineering, generate leads, strategic business development management, AutoCAD, relationship management, key account management.
