Perm Policy Servicing Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities:
Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements.
Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients' business.
To provide subject matter expertise support/advice/training relating to policy services knowledge to junior staffs and inter-department.
To manage and prepare policy services control reports and ensure timely submission to Head of Department.
To liaise with various colleagues/inter-departments (for eg. Customer Services, Finance, Claims, etc) to ensure timely delivery of policyholders' requests.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing prior to deployment of changes in system.
Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative experience in the general insurance space.
Knowledge in Marine Insurance is an added advantage.
Good to have BCP, PGI Certificate or is in progress of taking them.
