The incumbent will play a key role in managing and supporting laboratory facilities within the School of EEE, with a particular focus on chiller systems, HVAC infrastructure, and research/teaching support. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibilities to ensure laboratories are functional, compliant, and aligned with NTU’s research and education goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Plan and manage renovation and upgrade projects for laboratories and research areas, ensuring alignment with user needs, timelines and budgets.* Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure all works comply with safety regulations and university standards.* Provide technical support for research and teaching activities, including facility setup, troubleshooting, and infrastructure readiness.* Develop and implement maintenance procedures, technical guidelines, and conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues.* Design and deliver training programmes to enhance staff capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.* Managing the structure facilities of all labs in EEE.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.* Strong technical knowledge of facility systems and laboratory utility infrastructure.* Experience supporting laboratory environments, equipment installation, or infrastructure retrofitting.* Strong project management and coordination skills.
