To provide support to the Strategy and Planning team in various business management and planning related matters.

Responsibilities include:
  • Business Planning Support: Assist the Strategy and Planning team with management reporting, cost management, staff engagement, and learning and development.
  • Operation, System, Control, and Compliance Checks : Perform checks related to operational procedures, systems, controls, and compliance.
  • Procurement and Contract Management : Handle procurement requests and assist with contract management. Work with Group Procurement to resolve procurement and contract management related issues.
  • Premises / Facilities Management : Coordinate and follow up with CRESA on improvement and rectification requests. Assist with premises renovations and improvement projects.
  • Staff Onboarding and Offboarding : Manage tasks related to staff onboarding and offboarding, including systems accesses and setups, laptop requests etc.
  • Invoicing and Payment : Manage payments for GFM and ensuring they meet the required standards. Liaise with Finance and Procurement to resolve payment issues.
  • Other support: Maintain documentation and intranet updates.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with 2 years of business management support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and supporting GFM colleagues.
  • Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, eager to identify and suggest improvements in workflows and processes.
  • Capable of handling complex and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work outside regular office hours, including occasional weekends.
