As a seasoned logistics expert, you will lead and optimize our end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment processes. This role requires deep operational expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • Optimize processes, efficiency, and costs by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Manage warehouse activities to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory to support order fulfillment and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.

RMA Process

  • Oversee and manage repair scheduling by using calendar tools to meet service level agreements for onsite repair services.
  • Develop and implement procedures for processing returned items, including receiving, inspecting, and determining disposition (repair, replacement, or refund).
  • Identify reasons for returns and work to prevent future occurrences through process improvements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex RMA cases.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
