Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Sustainability Designer to lead our green building initiatives and contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions.

  • The successful candidate will execute bioclimatic analysis in building simulations, identifying environmental strengths and weaknesses of a design, and recommending measures to optimize the design from an environmental perspective.
  • They will also be responsible for delivering Green Building Certification and project management, as well as performing energy performance via energy modelling to identify energy-efficient sub-systems for green building design.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Revit Architecture, Thermal Analysis Software (TAS), Integrated Environmental Solutions (IESVE) Software, Radiance, Wind-Driven Rain, Renewable Energy Solar PV/BiPV/BaPV yield Analysis, ENVI-MET (Microclimate), CFD simulations, Ambience (Airflow Analysis), Glare, Indoor / Outdoor Thermal Comfort, and other relevant computer simulation tools.
  • 0-3 years of working experience in ESD projects is preferred. Environmentally Sustainable Design Consultancy in Green Mark / LEED is highly valued. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
