Role Summary

As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of sustainable building designs that minimize environmental impacts while optimizing energy efficiency. You will work closely with our team to deliver green building certification and project management services, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct bioclimatic analysis in building simulations to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sustainability.
  • Lead the delivery of Green Building Certification and project management services, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Perform energy performance assessments using energy modeling to identify opportunities for energy-efficient subsystems and design enhancements.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Thermal Analysis Software (TAS), Integrated Environmental Solutions (IESVE) Software, Radiance, Wind-Driven Rain, Renewable Energy Solar PV/BiPV/BaPV yield Analysis, ENVI-MET (Microclimate), CFD simulations, Ambience (Airflow Analysis), Glare, Indoor/Outdoor Thermal Comfort, and other relevant computer simulation tools.
  • 0-3 years of working experience in ESD projects, preferably in Environmentally Sustainable Design Consultancy for Green Mark/LEED.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and technical know-how to create energy-efficient buildings with minimal environmental impact.
