You will be a part of HPB's Youth Preventive Services Group, which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the school and out‐of‐school settings to provide health promotion programs in addition to the child & youth health and dental services to reduce Singapore's burden of diseases under the national health initiative – Grow Well SG. Focusing on child & youth health screening and dental services and building healthy lifestyle habits in areas of eating, physical activity, sleep and screen time, our combined approaches of ecosystem, healthy living environment allow us to ensure that all children and youth in Singapore will eventually adopt healthy lifestyle habit starting from young and throughout their adulthood. Scope As a key member of Child & Youth Program & Partnership – Digital Enablement & Analytics team, you'll have to be comfortable to put on many hats. You will organise and manage large and varied data sets used to review, formulate and support the implementation of digitalisation transformation strategies, through performing analytics work for the division by using descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics to support strategy and operation for various CYPP programmes, health & dental services, in‐school/out of school and digital platforms. You will work with internal data and IT teams, external vendors and facilitate business & operation teams to define use cases for various purposes e.g. monitoring, reporting, hypotheses testing and develop analysis and distil insights. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to understand different streams of data sets and databases /systems, and also build, maintain, automate and improve on dashboards to track the business health for planning and reporting. You will be required to create visualisations to allow users to easily see important trends in key KPIs, and which business owners can use to spot anomalies and/or opportunities. Lastly, you will have the opportunities to automate and enhance recurring reports for stakeholders and undertake any other responsibilities assigned to you. Qualifications An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self‐motivated individual with exposure in business and health analytics and data visualisation. Experience in project management will be an added advantage. The candidate should also possess: Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Exposure in handling big data sets, descriptive analysis, sensitivity analysis and market research and business intelligence tools to extract and analyse data Apply data visualisation techniques and information display to convey data and trends and competency in Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Ability to work cohesively in fast‐paced teams and navigate ambiguous situations in a positive manner Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams Work independently with minimal supervision Strong result‐orientation and enjoys challenges Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)Seniority level Internship Employment type Full‐time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
