As a healthcare professional at Aster DM Healthcare Limited, your primary responsibilities will involve conducting virtual consultations with patients through a telehealth platform. Previous experience in telemedicine or virtual healthcare services is highly desirable. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, empathy, a patient-centric approach, and being gadget or tech-friendly are essential skills for this position.Proficiency in English is required, while fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Rotational shifts and week-offs, totaling 6 days a week, may be part of your working schedule.
