to lead marketing strategies for
DORS at Design Orchard , our flagship multi-label retail showcase celebrating Singapore’s top designers, located in the heart of Orchard Road.

This role focuses on elevating DORS’ presence across both online and offline stores, driving partnerships, engaging customers, and implementing impactful loyalty initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement cohesive branding, retail marketing, and social content strategies to position DORS at Design Orchard as a go-to destination for local and global audiences.
CRM & Loyalty Program Management:
Oversee and optimize the management of DORS’ CRM system, ensuring data-driven strategies that enhance customer experiences and insights.
Retail Marketing Campaigns:
Conceptualize, initiate, and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with retail audiences and deliver measurable results.
Partnerships & Market Expansion:
Build strategic partnerships with local and international brands to enhance offerings and grow market reach.
Customer Engagement:
Drive customer acquisition and retention with loyalty programs, exclusive events, and interactive campaigns.
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
Analyze marketing metrics and use insights to continually optimize campaigns and strategies.
Brand Consistency & Identity:
Maintain consistent branding across all channels, ensuring a unified message and experience for customers.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Support SFC flagship events and initiatives with marketing expertise, ensuring alignment with the council’s broader mission. Update and refine marketing SOPs and policies for seamless execution.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Lead or contribute to additional projects as required, showcasing flexibility and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Creative and analytical skills to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns across digital and physical spaces.
A strategic thinker with a strong passion for retail marketing and customer engagement.
Proven experience in managing CRM systems and designing impactful membership-rewards programs.
Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with a talent for managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience in both online and offline retail marketing is highly advantageous.
