We're looking for someone with:
15–20 years of corporate security and/or law enforcement experience.
Proven experience leading physical security programs in fast-paced environments.

Strong knowledge of access control, guard force management, security operations centers, and workplace safety standards.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts with a focus on service delivery and measurable performance.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building scalable systems from the ground up.
Familiarity with tools including emergency notification systems, and travel risk intelligence platforms.
A strong ethical foundation and a commitment to OpenAI's mission and values.
