You will learn all aspects of administration and office management duties. Responsibilities Claims processing: handle day‐to‐day administration, process new claims, renewals and cancellations, verify claim details, assess validity and prepare payments. Communication and coordination: liaise with clients, agents and insurers to provide updates, resolve queries and coordinate with other departments. Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports on claims activity. Administrative support: respond to general enquiries, support sales or servicing teams, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Skills and Experience Strong organizational and detail‐oriented skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office.
