Technical Support Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Sales Department to facilitate market expansion and product road mapping. This strategic partner will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and inquiries related to technical aspects of products and services.

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to customers.
  • Coordinate with Head Office on Quality Assurance matters, including Research and Development.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for IATF audits.
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the electronics industry with strong Customer Service skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
  • Regional business environment experience and Class 3 driving license are advantageous.

A keen aptitude to learn, self-motivation, and good communication skills are essential. A positive attitude and problem-solving skills are also required.
