Job Role: Coffee Service Specialist
A critical position within our food and beverage operations, the coffee service specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations at our coffee bars.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer coffee preferences; present and explain the coffee menu; adhere to drink recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks; replenish coffee supplies regularly.
  • Sell and serve baked goods and other food items to customers with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle all hot and cold beverages safely during preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all food counters and displays at all times.
  • Ensure prompt and satisfactory service to all customers.
  • Address customer feedback and report actions taken to the Unit Manager following each meal period.
  • Provide support to other locations as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. Additionally, proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems is essential.
