About the Role:

  • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems when managing orders.
  • Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers.
Coffee Craftsmanship:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Roasting and Cupping:
  • Conduct roasting sessions to develop and refine coffee beans to desired flavor profiles.
  • Perform regular cupping sessions to assess bean quality and ensure consistency.
Requirements:
  • A charismatic individual with a service-driven approach.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in or knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
