As a Food Preparation specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the recipes and guidelines set by the head chef or sous chef. Your attention to detail in following these recipes will ensure that all dishes are of the highest quality standards, with a focus on taste, presentation, and portion control.In addition to preparing dishes, you will be tasked with maintaining consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of all food items. It will be crucial for you to monitor food quality, taste, and texture to guarantee customer satisfaction. Any necessary adjustments to the dishes should be made promptly to uphold the quality standards.Collaboration and teamwork are essential in our kitchen brigade. You will be required to work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated service. Effective communication with your colleagues is key to maintaining a harmonious working environment where everyone can perform at their best.Ensuring sanitation and safety in the kitchen is paramount. You must strictly adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards, including food safety practices and cleanliness of your station. Any issues with equipment or safety concerns should be promptly reported to the sous chef or executive chef for resolution.This is a Full-time position with benefits that include food provided and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location for this position is Remote.,
