About the Programme
Take a front-row seat in harnessing technology purposefully in the NCS Global Management Associate Programme (GMAP), a 2-year leadership development journey for tomorrow's tech leaders. You will be equipped with real-world experience, guided by experienced industry experts and interact with others beyond Singapore.
Be stretched with hands-on experience in client and business challenges as well as rotational assignments. Get your head start with privileged mentorship from senior leaders and networking opportunities with industry experts.

What you will do
Valuable work opportunities we offer include:
1. Cyber
Help organisations defend their businesses and systems from risk, ensuring they operate safely and securely online. Core skills include security governance, standards and policies, regulatory security requirements, security incident and event analysis, vulnerability assessment and analytics, and patch management.
2. Telco+
Support our telco+ businesses in managing and governing end-to-end project delivery and programme control processes. Core skills include project management, issue and risk management, agile scrum facilitation, setting up delivery control tools, and delivery metrics and governance.
3. NEXT
Innovate a smarter future for industries with cloud, data engineering, AI, and ML; delivering data science and analytical capabilities to achieve targeted business outcomes. Core skills include data engineering, AI/ML model development, workflow optimisation, big data analysis, and innovation in data-driven solutions.
4. Infrastructure and Cloud
Build robust, scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and cloud platforms through automation and innovation, supporting essential applications to enhance customer experience and service delivery. Core skills include cloud infrastructure management, automation tools, scalability solutions, security protocols, and innovation in service delivery.
5. Applications
Transform businesses to be more agile with game-changing enterprise software powered by AI and ML. Core skills include application development and support, delivery lifecycle management and software platforms.

Additionally, you:

  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Have less than two years of work experience.
  • Are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Demonstrate a strong record of leadership.
  • Exhibit grit and resilience.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Are agile and motivated to thrive in a global, dynamic business environment.
  • Are passionate about technology and driving impact.
