Managing Director We are working with a global Real Estate Group. They are looking for a new team member to join the growing legal function and to work on a variety of transactional and commercial deals. Focus of Work Transactional / Advisory: 70% New Markets / Strategy / Commercial: 15% Regulation/Compliance: 15% Role The key elements of this role focus on supporting the Head of Legal and Business Partners on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions, these include M&A, JVs and Fund Structuring. In this newly created role, you will closely with deal teams across the region, offering legal support and commercial guidance as well as overall project management. This is a hands on role where legal plays an integral part in all transaction related work. You will partner with investment teams to offer legal support around revenue goals, strategic product/fund launches and commercial agreements.. You will work closely with external counsel to ensure this support is utilized and managed accordingly. Requirements 6 - 12 PQE Education to a high level with ideally overseas establishments Trained in a top tier law firm, ideally across investments / funds / transactional work, preferential for Real Estate / Funds Impeccable communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external parties from across the region SD Legal was established in 2018 and now with physical office locations across Europe and Asia.
