Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC). As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to maximize their ability to perform daily tasks and carry out essential roles at work, home, and in leisure and social settings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients' conditions and develop treatment plans to improve their functional abilities.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements: To be successful as an Occupational Therapist, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy or non-recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant qualifications.
  • Registration: Registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
