Job Title: QA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with hands-on experience in test automation.

This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using model-based test automation approach for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Create reusable, modular test components and assemble test cases for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop and enhance test plans and cases that reflect both automated and manual testing needs.
  • Execute automation suites, analyze results, log defects, and re-test to confirm resolution.
  • Use test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc., for managing test cases, execution, and reporting.
  • Track and report testing metrics, drive continuous improvements to testing processes, and ensure efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working with Tricentis Tosca or similar test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and other automation platforms (e.g., Selenium).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Preferred: Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
