Job Title: Office Administrative

We are seeking an accomplished and diligent support professional to oversee administrative operations and provide personalized assistance to senior management. This dynamic role combines corporate administrative responsibilities with comprehensive support for senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Support Duties:

· Manage office workflow, including documentation, correspondence, and records management.

· Assist with personnel matters, such as maintaining employee files and coordinating recruitment processes.

· Provide support for corporate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and coordinating travel logistics.

- Executive Assistant Duties:

· Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and personal errands for senior executives.

· Arrange travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and occasional travel accompaniment.

· Handle confidential and personal tasks as assigned by senior executives, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.

· Manage personal correspondence and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in meetings and correspondence.

2. Education level equivalent to Polytechnic or above.
