About Our Client
Our client is a MNC within the industrial and manufacturing sector, employing a large workforce across diverse global locations. This role will report directly into the HR Director of SEA in executing HR strategies and ensuring HR operations excellence for Singapore's operation.
Job Description
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Support managers in employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in handling employee relations and change management.
