Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage all aspects of warehousing functions, including inbound and outbound stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Handle consignment note printing, picking and packing daily orders, space planning and arranging stocks, handle daily receive and returns, and performing stock count.
  • Courier Services: Liaise with 3PL courier services to ensure smooth delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • A good command of English or Chinese is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is also necessary.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills is essential for this role.
  • Experience in inventory management or warehousing is an added advantage.
