Warehouse Operations Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced warehouse operations specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilization and layout planning, and supervising and coordinating the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of duties.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the WMS system.
  • Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and staff conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
  • Forklift license or relevant certifications will be a plus.
